How accurate are RigValue valuations?

RigValue runs a live valuation tuned specifically for the RV market — motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, campervans and pop-ups. We factor in year, make, model, class, mileage, condition, modifications and current market demand. Every valuation includes a confidence rating so you know how strong the underlying data is. Valuations are estimates to inform your decision, not a guaranteed sale price.

What years and types of RVs are covered?

Every major RV class, with model years back to 1980. If you find a rig we don't cover, tell us — coverage requests genuinely shape what we add next.

How does Ralph, the AI Mechanic, work?

Describe the problem in plain words — "water heater won't light," "slide-out won't retract" — and Ralph digs through owner forums, manufacturer guides and the web, then walks you through troubleshooting steps tailored to your exact rig. He's available 24/7 and is designed for the fixes that don't need a service center. For repairs involving propane, high-voltage electrical or braking systems, always use a qualified technician.

I can't find my owner's manual in the database.

The manual library is growing constantly. If a manual is missing for your year and model, email us with the details and we'll prioritize adding it.

How do I manage or cancel my RigValue Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose RigValue and select the plan change or cancellation you want. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are also handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, then open the RigValue Pro screen in the App and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I delete my data?

You can remove rigs from your garage at any time in the App. To request deletion of any data associated with you, email us and we'll take care of it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Does RigValue work outside the United States?

The App is currently tuned for the North American RV market, where our comp data is strongest. Prices are shown in your local currency for subscriptions.
